Virginia Giuffre, Accuser of Jeffrey Epstein and Prince Andrew, Faces Court Over Alleged Restraining Order Violation

Virginia Giuffre, who accused Jeffrey Epstein and Prince Andrew of sexual abuse, is facing court proceedings after allegedly breaching a family violence restraining order in Western Australia. The incident reportedly occurred on February 2, nearly two months before she claimed to have only days to live following a vehicle crash.

Giuffre’s case was first brought to court on March 14, and her next hearing is scheduled for April 9, PEOPLE can confirm.

On March 30, Giuffre posted on Instagram, sharing a photo of herself in the hospital covered in bruises. She stated she had suffered kidney renal failure following an accident involving a school bus and claimed she had only four days to live.

Giuffre is due to appear at Joondalup Magistrates Court on April 9 over the alleged breach of the restraining order in the Perth suburb of Ocean Reef. Her initial court appearance on March 14 did not result in a plea. The next hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. local time, but it is unclear whether Giuffre will attend.
